Project Desciption

Jindal Films Europe, a leading manufacturer of specialty biaxially oriented polypropylene (BOPP) films. The project consist of a increase Metallizing & Extrusion capabilities at its Brindisi site. A world-class 10.5m orientation line will be installed by 2016, increasing capacity by more than 50,000 tons per year and further improving production flexibility. The Metallizer is expected to start-up in, 2016 and will add 10,000 tons of metallization capacity.

PHOSPHATE PLANT PROJECT

Project Desciption

The Saudi Arabian Mining Company (Ma’aden) intends to develop the Umm Wu’al Phosphate Project in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This Project is based on the exploitation and processing of the Umm Wu’al phosphate deposit, taking advantage of existing and future railway infrastructure, linking the phosphate deposits of Umm Wu’al in the northern region with the Industrial City of Ras Al Khair on the Arabian Gulf.

• Structure: engineering of the steel structures, calculation, details analysis, workshops drawing, 3d models.
• Architectural: development of 3D models and architectural drawings of the various buildings, material lists, roads
• Piping: implementation of the 3D model in PDS, piping layout dwg, data sheets commented, interconnecting, supports, stress analysis.

SKIDS - EPC FOR AL DABB’IYA SURFACE FACILITIES-PHASE III

Project Desciption

ADCO is one of ADNOC Group of Companies,one of the world’s largest oil companies, and operates the Al Dabb’iya field which is located 40 km South West from the city of Abu Dhabi.

Al Dabbi’iya Phase III is part of the ADCO North East Bab (NEB) development program. The current Project’s scope of work consists in the EPC activities up to Performance Tests for the expansion of the existing facility. It will encompass the following main parts:
• Gathering crude oil system through a network of pipelines;
• Central Process Plant (CPP);
• Oil and Gas Export pipelines;

Project Desciption

NWR intends to construct and operate an Upgrader in the Industrial Heathland area of Sturgeon Country, located northeast of Edmonton, Alberta that will process and convert bitumen or heavy oil into condensate, naphta, ultra low Sulphur diesel, and low Sulphur gas and oil to be sold separately or reblendend and sold as light, sweet crude oil.

INGENIERÍA BÁSICA EXTENDIDA DE LA REFINERÍA PETROBICENTENARIO

Project Desciption

Petrobicentenario (Petroleos de Venezuela 60% & ENI 40%) Refinery is a grass root refinery that will be built in the existing coastal industrial complex of Jose, in the northeast region of Venezuela. Jose is located 35 km from Barcelona, the capital of the Anzoátegui State.
The refinery will process 240.000 BPSD of Extra Heavy Oil (EHO) produced in the Orinoco Oil Belt and 134.275 BPSD of Upgraded Oil (UCO) produced in existing Petromonagas Upgrader of Jose Complex nearby this new refinery.
