HVAC Engineer

• Info: Build Engineering as part of their UDB Building & Energy Solutions are looking for an HVAC Engineer. The candidate will manage, by way of example, but not limited to, the following main activities:
  • Ventilation system design, i.e. ventilation flow diagrams (VFD), design basis (BoD), system sizing calculations (heating/cooling/fan sizing)
  • Development of specifications necessary for the purchase (MR) and related data sheets
  • Ensure design compliance with procedures and regulations
  • Design of heating systems
  • Inspections
  • Measurements and reliefs
  • Construction supervision
  • Verification of preliminary designs in order to make them constructive
  • Economic evaluation of offers
  • Drafting of metric calculations
  • The profile is completed by good problem solving skills, good organizational and time management skills, ability to work in team, spirit of initiative, flexibility and confidentialitY

Requirements:
Education: master's or three-year degree in industrial engineering (energy - electrotechnics - mechanics).
Experience: At least 3 years of HVAC system design experience.
Excellent command of the English language - level B1.
Type of contract: Permanent employment contract.
CCNL applied: Professional Studies.
Remuneration and level will be commensurate with seniority and experience.
