Tutti i progetti semplici e complessi si avvalgono dello sviluppo di modelli 3D.
Build Engineering utilizza strumenti e software più utilizzati nel campo dell’ingegneria.
L’approccio è di tipo cooperativo, ovvero la modellazione riguarda tutte le discipline (Strutture, Piping, Elettrostrumentale, HVAC ecc) al fine di ottenere un unico modello che permetta il controllo delle interferenze, l’ottimizzazione degli spazi, l’accessibilità alle apparecchiature e la successiva ’estrazione delle liste materiali, documenti di progetto, analisi dei flussi di lavoro durante la fase di costruzione.
In presenza di progetti che coinvolgono l’esistente, la tecnologia del Lasescanner 3D ci permette di rilevare lo stato di fatto con un livello spinto di dettaglio per procedere successivamente alle attività di progettazione in home office.
