• Info: We are looking for a Project manager in our offices in Milan

Build Engineering within its UDB Building & Energy Solutions is looking for a Project Energy Manager for specialist consultancy activities in the Facility Management and Industrial sectors.

The candidate will manage, by way of example, but not limited to, the following main activities:

• Energy due diligence of public and private buildings
• The verification of the compliance of the systems and equipment subject to the energy efficiency improvement intervention with the legislation and the reference standard with identification of any interventions to adapt and maintain compliance with the mandatory requirements
• The presentation of adequate periodic reports to the customer which allow for a homogeneous comparison of energy consumption and savings for the duration of the contract
• Technical support for the acquisition and/or management of loans, incentives, tenders concerning energy efficiency improvement interventions
• Inspection activities at the production units, processing of audit activities, planning, cost-benefit analysis of projects
• The preparation of offers of energy efficiency proposals in the thermotechnical field
• Verification of the implementation phases of the proposed efficiency measures and monitoring of the energy saving results obtained
• Practices related to the recognition of energy efficiency certificates
• Project accounting
• Preparation of technical offers for participation in public tenders and notices
• The analysis of sector regulatory updates.

The profile is completed by good problem solving skills, good organizational and time management skills, ability to work in a team, spirit of initiative, flexibility and confidentiality.

Requirements:

Education: master's degree in industrial engineering (energy - electrotechnics - mechanics).
Experience: at least 3/5 years of previous experience in the energy sector.
EGE qualification.
English language - level B1.
Type of contract: Permanent employment contract.
CCNL applied: Professional Studies.
Salary and level will be commensurate with seniority and experience.
